The Medical Assistant Novice II position will work with and receive supervision from the physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and RN's. This position is responsible for assigned non-nursing functions. The Medical Assistant Novice II position practices Patient and Family Centered Care in concert with Houston Methodist values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

At Houston Methodist, the Environmental Services (EVS) Representative position maintains environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures. This position performs a variety of general cleaning tasks in assigned areas to provide a safe and attractive environment for patients, guests, and staff in accordance with department standards.
