Within HR Communications, the Sr. Program Manager position is primarily responsible for day to day implementation and execution of the digital workplace experience, which encompasses the technology platform, tools, data sources, and governance structure to provide an integrated and personalized experience for employees to access information and perform their daily work. The Sr. Program Manager will collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure each phase of the program is implemented effectively and the value of the program is achieved. In addition to the digital workplace, Sr. Program Manager will also participate in HR digital innovation efforts that enhance the total employee experience. The position analyzes complex data and processes and provides recommendations to leadership to drive system-level results and improvement through the digital workplace and innovation technologies. The Sr. Program Manager conveys innovative thought leadership and support for key initiatives by data analysis, process improvement, system implementation and recommendations. This position builds and implements operational and change management plans with the leadership team and ensures that initiative goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and meet requirements and expected outcomes. The position requires a vision for the future of health care, employee experience, change management, and system design and implementation. The Senior Program Manager is a strong cross-functional collaborator influencing wide variety of stakeholders, customers and partners across the organization.
